Lhuillier to hold qualifiers for WTA Future Stars Saturday, September 23, 2017 FOR
the second year in a row, Cebuana Lhuillier is staging a qualifying tournament that
will identify the Philippines’ delegates at the 2017 WTA (Women’s Tennis Association)
Future Stars Finals in Singapore. Sanctioned by Unified Tennis Philippines, the
qualifier, which starts today up to September 24 at the Valle Verde Country Club
in Pasig, will feature girls contending in the 14-under and 16-under categories.
“We are thrilled to once again have an event that will identify the country’s flag
bearers at the 2017 WTA Future Stars in Singapore. The winners will come face to
face with the best tennis players in their respective categories from other countries,
so it is important that we keep the level of competition high here and send only
the best from our turf,” said Unified Tennis Philippines co-founder and Cebuana
Lhuillier president and CEO Jean Henri Lhuillier. (PR) Ads by Kiosked Published
